The 3rd in QS Sustainability rankings 2023 domestically
QS World University rankings have established a new ranking which is named Sustainability rankings to show how universities are taking the action to tackle the world’s greatest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) challenges, and Kyushu U ranked 3rd in Japanese Universities. This was placed 181-190th all over the world. There are two categories to the ranking: Environmental Impact category, and Social Impact category. Kyushu U performed well in Sustainable Research such as mainly Energy, Biological Resources and so on in terms of Environmental Impact category in the rankings.
