12. Responsible Consumption and Production
Researches on the reuse of resources and food waste is being conducted daily at Kyushu University. In a recent study conducted by Assistant Professor Kun Qian, Assistant Professor Firouzeh Javadi, and Associate Professor Michikazu Hiramatsu of the Institute of Decision Science for a Sustainable Society, it is clarified that the infection situation in the area in the coronavirus pandemic brings a difference in consciousness and behavior regarding food waste. The Future Plastics Workshop @Oki Town was held in March 2021 to encourage recycling in the area using recycled plastics.
