Kyushu University is currently researching agricultural science to resolve food problems by collaborating with the world. Professor Atsushi Yoshimura of the Faculty of Agriculture uses Japanese rice breeding technology to solve Vietnam’s food problems. Furthermore, the Institute of Tropical Agriculture is working on solutions to protect the global environment, and at the same time, solve food shortages, focusing on agriculture science.
