Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine has severely shaken the contemporary world order. How has the EU stood up to the war in neighboring Ukraine? Are Japan and the EU cooperating adequately? What are the diplomatic challenges for both sides… Michael Reiterer, who has been active in EU diplomacy for many years, including as Deputy Head of Mission/Minister at the EU Delegation to Japan and Ambassador plenipotentiary and extraordinary of the EU to the Republic of Korea, will give a lecture on EU-Japan diplomacy in the turbulent world situation.
