In a recent study conducted by Assistant Professor Kun Qian, Assistant Professor Firouzeh Javadi, and Associate Professor Michikazu Hiramatsu of the Institute of Decision Science for a Sustainable Society, it is clarified that the infection situation in the area in the coronavirus pandemic brings a difference in consciousness and behavior regarding food waste.
