In December 2020, the Optical and Quantum Process Research and Development Center was newly established to promote research and social implementation of smart manufacturing systems that contribute to the realization of Society 5.0, and analysis of high-power light, quantum irradiation systems, physical measurement systems, AI, etc. Equipment is being strengthened and supported.
