In addition to the creation of Kyushu University&#8217;s own scholarships and the admission and tuition exemption scheme, Kyushu University developed emergency assistance subsidies to help students who are undergoing extreme financial distress due to family loss in times of disaster. Furthermore, our faculty members and researchers conduct daily research using humanities \/ social science approaches and economic approaches to reduce poverty.
